FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
What types of courses do you offer?
Scuola del Caffè’s course catalog offers two different paths. The first consists of more professional courses covering a more technical approach to espresso and filter brewing, milk steaming and latte art, through to café management.
For enthusiasts and coffee lovers, we offer tasting and in-depth sessions, as well as courses to improve home coffee-making.
Where are the courses held?
All courses take place at our location at Via Giosuè Carducci 2r in Florence, inside the Ditta Artigianale café in Piazza Sant’Ambrogio.
Do you offer online courses?
In our philosophy, we do not offer distance learning because we believe that the world of coffee is not just about learning mechanical movements, but above all about seeking sensations in the cup.
Corporate training provided?
We can also offer corporate training outside our Scuola del Caffè facilities. You can contact us to receive training tailored to your needs.
On what days and at what times are the courses held?
The school is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Training sessions can be booked based on the dates published in the calendar, or available slots can be identified for individual, customized training.
